Looking for a casual role where your skills truly matter? Love working in a fast-paced environment with variety and purpose? Yarrawonga Health is currently seeking two motivated and reliable Administration Support team members to join our vibrant workforce!

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across multiple areas of our health service, supporting patients, staff, and visitors with professionalism and care.

About the Role:

As an Administration Support team member, you’ll be a vital part of our day-to-day operations. You’ll provide front-line service and behind-the-scenes support across a range of areas, including:

  • Main Reception
  • Admissions & Theatre
  • Aged Care
  • Medical Records & Imaging
  • Antenatal Clinic
  • Ward Clerk Duties
  • And other general administration areas as required

You’ll bring flexibility, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude to every shift.

Please note: Weekend and public holiday availability is essential for this role.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems
  • Ability to handle competing demands and work under pressure
  • A team player who’s adaptable and proactive
  • Understanding of medical terminology and privacy/confidentiality principles

Desirable:

  • Certificate in Business Administration (or similar qualification)
  • Previous experience in a hospital or aged care setting

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.

When it comes to training and research we partner with the very best. Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville.
