Administration Assistant | Lifeline Retail | Geebung

  • Employment Term: Casual

  • Location: Geebung

  • Remuneration: $37.12 p/h + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (increase your take-home pay)

Lifeline Queensland is part of a national network bringing hope to Australians doing it tough. Around 750 lives are lost to suicide every year in Queensland. Through our state-wide footprint of crisis support, training and retail services, and the compassionate offer of support, we can save lives.

We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Lifeline team in Geebung. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations, helping frontline teams focus on delivering critical support services.

This is a casual position to support coverage during periods of leave.

Your part in our Lifeline team

Along with your passion for your local community, you will:

  • Support rostering and scheduling for the team

  • Assist with payroll coordination and timesheet processing

  • Provide accurate and timely data entry across systems

  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to the wider team

  • Prepare documents, reports and correspondence using Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Contribute to efficient and effective business operations

What makes a difference for us?

  • Previous experience in an administrative support role

  • Experience with rostering, scheduling, and/or payroll processes

  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Clear and professional communication skills
