About the Role

Our Townsville Plant is currently recruiting a detail focused Administration Assistant to join the team in a full-time capacity. This role will be responsible for office reception as well as providing general admin support to a number of stakeholders across the business, including our Payroll team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the reception area in a professional manner
• Assisting visitors and managing incoming telephone calls
• Assisting the Payroll office (training provided)
• Processing employee deductions
• Data entry for various departments
• Organising conference rooms for meetings and visitors
• Ad hoc admin duties including ordering office supplies, managing mail, publishing newsletters and supporting the leadership team

About You

• Previous experience in a similar admin role advantageous
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Previous payroll experience highly regarded
• Kronos and SAP experience highly regarded
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Sound computer skills specifically within MS Office
• Current Australian work rights essential
