Beefy's have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Administration Assistant to fill a 12 month Maternity Leave position at our Kunda Park Factory in Sunshine Coast

Beefy's is a well established multi award winning business with 16 boutique Pie Bakery Stores in South East Queensland & NSW. We pride ourselves on providing high quality products and an excellent customer service experience.
About the role:
- Part time position
- 12 month maternity leave contract, with potential to become ongoing
- Approximately 24 hours per week across 4–5 days (with potential to increase over time)
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing phone calls and email enquiries
- Ordering and maintaining stationery supplies
- Coordinating first aid supplies and gift vouchers
- Filing, scanning, and general document management
- Processing wholesale orders, including contacting clients
- Generating invoices through Xero and printing labels
- Preparing folders and signage
- Managing mail between Head Office, the factory, and our 16 stores
- Providing general administrative support across the business
Full training will be provided to support you in the role.
About you:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Confident and professional on the phone
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, team oriented approach
- High attention to detail
- Well organised with excellent time management skills
