Walters Wholesale Electric, Inc, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will be located in our San Diego, CA location.

Job Type: Hourly, Full-time
Hours: Morning

Key Responsibilities:

• Support office operations across departments, ensuring smooth daily coordination and communication.
• Maintain schedules, organize meetings, and prepare related materials, reports, and presentations.
• Draft and proofread documents, take meeting minutes, and follow up on assigned action items.
• Assist with travel planning, event coordination, and catering needs.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Handle confidential information and provide professional reception and phone coverage.
• Coordinate special projects and tasks as directed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1--2 years of administrative experience required; experience in electrical distribution or similar industry strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
