
The Role
This is a part-time, 12 month contract opportunity based at our St Kilda Road, Southbank office. Working 20 hours per week, you'll have the flexibility to choose the days and hours that work best for you, as long as Mondays are included.
As the first point of contact for our Southbank office, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the day to day operations run seamlessly. From welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls, to processing invoices and coordinating office supplies, no two days will be the same.
This role would suit someone who thrives in a busy environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys being the go-to person in the office.

What you’ll be responsible for
Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming visitors and ensuring new employees and contractors are inducted to site
Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Provide administrative support to Senior Leaders, including processing and managing customer and supplier invoices
Data entry across various platforms including Excel and SAP
Manage customer billing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and minimising overdue payments
Create, monitor and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policy
Maintain office supplies, stationery, kitchen consumables and general office presentation
Organise contractors for work required on site, manage associated permits and maintain site security access
Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering and support for site events
Provide ad hoc administrative support across all business lines
What you’ll need to be successful
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
