Job Description

Sedgman is in the process of recruiting for a Business Unit Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support for our business development and project development team.

Primary Duties:

  • Assistance with onboarding and off boarding of employees for the group
  • General administration support to the Business Development & Projects team including
  • Manage travel and catering requirements and function planning when required
  • Manage expense claims and credit card reconciliation for team as required
  • General daily activity management and coordination
  • Formatting and presentation of reports and submission documents that are maintained to a high standard
  • Support the submissions team with all ad hoc administration requirements including the collection and entry of company data


Who are you?

  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently to deliver against shifting priorities and strict deadlines.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 including SharePoint
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in the business and give everything a go attitude
  • Knowledge of basis formatting and document structure for proposals and submissions
  • Salesforce CRM tool knowledge
  • Marketing and communications background/knowledge
  • Prior experience in engineering consultancy or similar
