Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and detail‑oriented Administration and Finance Manager to join our Westfield Tea Tree Plaza team on a 13-month fixed term contract.

This is a varied role with a strong focus on finance, while also offering exposure to all facets of centre management.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development of annual asset budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with budget objectives
  • Ongoing analysis and management of centre profit and loss reports, including reviewing and processing monthly accruals and journals (such as prepayments)
  • Delivering accurate and timely analysis of financial risks and opportunities, and presenting clear recommendations to the Asset Team
  • Supporting our Regional Customer Experience Manager by analysing state trends and national benchmark data
  • Conducting bi‑monthly budget forecasting
  • Managing daily banking, reconciliations, accounts payable, and the general day‑to‑day operations of the office

This is a full‑time role, and as part of our operational team, you will also participate in duty management responsibilities from time to time. This includes occasional weekend shifts on a rostered basis, balanced with time off in lieu.

  • A strong accounting/bookkeeping background, including experience with profit and loss management and budget oversight

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
