Job Description

We’re looking for a casual admin superstar with exposure to rostering and a love for phone-based support, ideally available for full-time hours through mid-January.

Rate: $35 an hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for our Aged care department by answering and directing incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Maintain shared inboxes, ensuring messages are actioned and distributed accurately
  • Assist with admin overflow which may include data entry, document preparation, and general support tasks
  • Assist when needed with scheduling appointments and managing call follow-ups to support the Aged Care assessment team

About You:

You’re a motivated, solutions-focused team player who thrives in adapting environments. You’re organised, and driven by purpose.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1+ year experience in administration or reception, with a strong focus on phone-based support
  • Experience in rostering and scheduling a bonus!
  • Confident, clear communicator with excellent phone manner
  • Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Energetic, organised, and adaptable with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
