Optimum Health Solutions is a growing, multi-location, multi-discipline allied health organisation supporting clients across the NDIS and other funding streams. As we continue our national expansion, we are excited to announce the upcoming opening of our brand-new clinic in Launceston.

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Administration Professionals who want to be part of building a premier allied health service from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of a new clinic. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth client experience, supporting our clinicians, and helping foster strong relationships with referrers and the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-of-House Excellence: Providing professional, welcoming, and timely service to all clients and visitors.
• End-to-End Administration: Supporting clinic operations, including intake, scheduling, and billing.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and referring partners.
• Community Representation: Confidently representing the clinic in the community to support business growth.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensuring all documentation and data entry meets the high standards of a compliance-driven environment.
• Collaborative Support: Working closely with clinicians and the broader management team to ensure efficient clinic flow.
