
Position: Admin/Executive Assistant
Number of hours: 24 hours/week
Schedule: Monday to Saturday , 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, UK Time
Tasks required:
Support daily operations and coordination across three salon locations
Assist in overseeing salon staff and onboarding new team members
Prepare and send weekly KPI progress reports
Manage and respond to emails, WhatsApp, phone calls, and CRM communications
Maintain and update the Fresha CRM system
Manage schedules, appointments, and staff coordination
Assist with CEO calendar management and team communication
Organize and maintain client records and business documents in Google Drive
Create documents, forms, and reports using Google Workspace
Assist with basic design or content tasks using Canva and provide general administrative support
Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Experience using Fresha CRM (preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with Canva for basic design tasks
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Forms)
Advanced IT proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Minimum qualifications: GCSE in English and Maths
