A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), LLH’s vision is to transform the overall health of Central Ohio, serving one individual and family at a time. LLH opened in 2002 in response to a need for access to affordable health care in Franklinton, and out of God’s calling given as a teenager to Dr. Dana Vallangeon. Driven by our core values, LLCHC continues to meet the ever-growing needs of under served communities. Today, the practice maintains seven locations, employs 170 medical professionals and staff, and cares for 15,000 patients across Central Ohio each year.
