The wage for this Practice Lead position is$25-$32/hourdepending on skills, experience, and location.

Your Role

  • Lead, coach, and support the dental administrative team to drive productivity, engagement, and patient retention
  • Coordinate effective communication between front andback-officeteams
  • Assist the Practice Manager with training, development, and daily delegation of the administrative team
  • Manage patient concerns and conflicts, escalating to the Practice Manager as needed
  • Oversee andoptimizeappointment scheduling to meet daily production goals with minimal open chair time
  • Ensure pre-authorizations, appointment confirmations, and cancellation prevention processes are completed in advance
  • Engage new patients before and after their first visit to deliver a positive and consistent patient experience

About You:

  • Minimum2+yearsofDental Administrationexperienceisrequired
  • Leadership experience is considered an asset
  • Clinical backgroundand experience with dental software programsisrequired
