About the Hiring Company:
We operate a growing international business with entities across Europe and other regulated markets. We are seeking an experienced Admin Team Lead to oversee administrative, contractual, and operational management functions related to our overseas offices.

This role is responsible for supporting corporate governance, contract administration, approval workflows, and coordination with international group companies. You will work closely with teams in Malta, Poland, and other locations, using both Japanese and English on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for supporting the administration and operational management of our European overseas offices, including contract procedures, internal approvals, and related business operations.

• Prepare, review, and process internal approvals related to payments, reimbursements, expenses, and contract execution.

• Prepare and maintain documentation required for the establishment and administration of overseas offices, including materials submitted to foreign authorities.

• Coordinate with domestic and international group companies regarding contracts, invoicing, settlements, and reporting.

• Prepare business documents and support day-to-day communication with overseas offices and external partners.

Requirements:

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written).

• Business-level proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Experience working in a corporate administration, business management, corporate planning, or international business operations function.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience using English in business settings, including speaking, reading, and writing.

• Valid work authorization in Japan (visa holders should have at least 5 months of remaining validity at the time of application).

Preferred:

• Knowledge of management accounting, including the ability to review English-language profit and loss statements.

• Experience in the gaming, iGaming, or entertainment industry.

• Experience in interpretation or translation related to gaming or technology.

• Interest in games and the gaming industry.

Employment Type:

• Full-time, Permanent Employee

• Onsite in Tokyo, Gotanda

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (including 1-hour lunch break). *Working hours are designed to facilitate collaboration with European offices across different time zones.

• Six-month probation period.
