Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries and provide follow-up where required.
  • Assist with first aid and maintain records of sick or injured students.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with receiving and distributing goods.
  • Maintain filing and lost-and-found records.
  • Perform other simple administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum N-Level or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin to attend to Mandarin-speaking parents/customers where required.
  • Front-desk and telephone experience preferred.
  • School experience is an advantage.
  • First Aid certification is preferred; training will be provided if required.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Option to extend another year) Jan 2027 to Dec 2027

Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays: 7am to 5pm, Wednesdays and

Thursdays: 7am to 4.30pm, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break,

subject to changes based on School's needs.

On occasions when the School closes early, staff may be directed or permitted to leave prior to the standard end time.

Daily working hours remain subject to adjustment at the School's discretion based on operational needs,provided overall total working hours are maintained.

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public

holidays
