This role sits in the Operations & Service Group, which is made up of LIC's Artificial Breeding (AB), Diagnostics, Farms Management, Field Assist and Herd Testing teams.
Reporting to an Artificial Breeding Support Lead, this role will work within a small, highly skilled administration team to provide support to the wider Artificial Breeding Operations and NZ Markets team's, this includes:
A high level of transactional based duties using LIC systems and software
Commissioning and programming of AB equipment / providing technical support to the field where necessary
Planning and scheduling of AB Equipment and semen products for despatch to the field
Stock Control and inventory management
Customer service support
Please note: This is a fixed term role supporting during our peak season for approximately 5 months.
As there is a strong element of query resolution, you must be comfortable working within agreed procedures and timelines, as well as thinking on your feet to ensure a successful outcome. Although not a requirement - SAP knowledge is an advantage. Previous customer service experience and strong computer skills are an absolute must. In peak Season (August – December), you will need to be flexible around working hours and days to meet demand.
