About BYD France

BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd, a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive Administrative Support

Assist company leaders with daily administrative affairs, schedule coordination, document preparation, and meeting arrangements.

Handle confidential information with discretion and complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

2. Company Vehicle Management

Manage overall operation of company vehicles, including usage registration, scheduling, and daily supervision.

Coordinate regular vehicle maintenance, inspections, repairs, and insurance renewal to ensure safety and compliance.

Monitor vehicle usage costs and maintain related records and reports.

3. Vehicle Deployment & Event Support

Arrange vehicle allocation and dispatch according to business needs and event requirements.

Coordinate transportation support for company activities, meetings, and off‑site events to meet on‑site demands.

Respond timely to vehicle‑related requests during activities and ensure smooth execution.

4. General Office Administration

Manage office supplies, procurement, inventory, and distribution.

Maintain office environment, coordinate facility maintenance, and support administrative logistics.

Assist with employee onboarding logistics, office asset management, and cross‑departmental administrative support.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Administration, Management or related field preferred.

2. 1+ year of experience in administration, vehicle management or office support is a plus.

3. Familiar with vehicle management processes, maintenance procedures and basic administrative workflows.

4. Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and work independently under pressure.

5. Good communication skills, responsible, careful and team‑oriented.

Fluent in English and French; Chinese is a strong plus for coordination
