Duties & Responsibilities

●Oversee administration and logistics within the assigned campus, implement company policies, and develop specific management regulations for security, cleaning and catering to ensure compliance and orderly operation.

●Be responsible for daily regional inspections and hidden safety hazard investigations, take the lead in emergency management work such as flood control, properly handle various sudden security incidents, and ensure the security operation of the campus.

●Supervise employees' daily conduct, handle complaints regarding administrative and logistics services, and continuously improve service satisfaction.

●Liaise with operational departments, understand service needs, optimize service processes, and provide efficient logistics support.

●Be responsible for the overall management of the administrative team and on-site suppliers on the new campus, strengthen coordination and communication, and control management costs.

●Regularly report the progress of management work to the supervisor and implement other tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualification & Requirements

● Education Requirement Full-time bachelor's degree or above.

● Work Experience At least 8 years of relevant work experience. Management experience in a company with over 1,000 employees is preferred.

● Language Ability Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English; holding CET-6 or above certificate.

●Office Skills Proficient in using Office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.), able to efficiently complete work such as report statistics, data analysis, plan writing, and report preparation.

●Competency Requirements

• Possess strong overall management ability and on-site disposal ability, be good at coordinating internal and external resources, and be able to quickly respond to and properly solve various problems in admin management;
• Good communication and expression, organization and coordination, and pressure resistance abilities; have a strong sense of responsibility, strong principles, and focus on detail management and service quality improvement;
• Strong security management awareness and emergency disposal ability, be familiar with emergency work processes such as flood control and fire protection, and be able to properly respond to various sudden situations;
• Excellent team management and motivation abilities, and be able to lead the team to complete work tasks efficiently;
• Able to organize and plan large-scale events, independently coordinate campus activities including employee events and large-scale meetings, and ensure their smooth implementation.
