Within Commercial Products Supply (CPS), workplace services and facility operations play a critical role in ensuring business continuity, employee well-being, regulatory compliance, and sustainable operations. Our success is built on collaboration, operational discipline, innovation, and a culture that empowers people to perform at their best.

The Administration & Services Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, governance, and execution of workplace and facility services that support manufacturing operations across multiple CPS locations. This role oversees critical operational services including security, facilities management, cleaning, cafeteria operations, workplace infrastructure, sustainability initiatives, and contractor management. The ideal candidate is a strategic and service-oriented leader with strong operational, financial, and supplier management capabilities who can drive operational excellence while fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Lead the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of workplace and facility services to ensure safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient operations that support employee experience and uninterrupted business continuity.
  • Develop sourcing strategies, lead supplier selection and annual bidding processes, negotiate service agreements, and manage strategic outsourced service providers across security, cleaning, cafeteria, landscaping, waste management, workplace services, and facility maintenance operations.
  • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs, driving accountability, service optimization, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  • Ensure effective delivery of all plant support services, including office administration, meeting rooms, parking, workplace infrastructure, utilities coordination, common areas, and site-related operational services.
  • Lead compliance with company standards related to GMP, food safety, environmental regulations, occupational health and safety, internal controls, supplier guiding principles, and legal requirements applicable to manufacturing and workplace operations.
  • Manage the Administration & Services operating budget, controlling operating expenses, supporting procurement governance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring financial accountability without compromising service quality.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with government authorities, regulatory agencies, external stakeholders, and Industrial Association forums to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain operational continuity across the site network.
  • Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives by supporting preventive maintenance strategies, resource optimization programs, waste reduction projects, utilities management, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
  • Lead third-party service providers and contractor governance processes, including onboarding, performance reviews, safety compliance, contract renewals, and corrective action management aligned with CPS standards and operational expectations.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, HR, Procurement, Finance, Sustainability, and Corporate Functions to strengthen employee engagement, workplace experience, communication, and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive experience in Facilities Management, Administration Services, Manufacturing Operations, or related operational leadership roles within industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven experience managing outsourced service providers, supplier relationships, contract administration, and service governance processes.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including experience managing operational budgets, procurement processes, cost optimization initiatives, and contractor performance.
  • Working knowledge of industrial operations, facility services, workplace management, and manufacturing support functions.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, food safety standards, occupational health and safety regulations, environmental compliance, and risk management practices.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement projects focused on operational performance, workplace services, sustainability, and employee experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP systems, preferably PM/MM modules, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across multiple organizational levels.
  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written business environments.
  • Advanced degree or professional certifications in Facilities Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Lean Manufacturing, Procurement, or Continuous Improvement are considered an advantage.
