Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.
- Prepare and distribute reports and presentations as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.

- Assist in the preparation and execution of events and conferences.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Handle any other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is a plus.
