Job Description

Looking for a Admin Officer to support mailbox management, event coordination, and general administrative duties for corporate pledge ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and triage 8 shared mailboxes via Feedback Management System

  • Respond to enquiries on registration, pledge ceremonies, and general public queries

  • Support organisation of Pledge Ceremonies (SMC, SPC, SDC – Jun, Aug, Sep)

  • Draft invitation emails to doctors and VIP guests

  • Assist in event logistics, vendor sourcing, and on-site support (if required)

  • Prepare pledge certificates and update attendance records in PRS system

  • Review circulars, notices, and publications before dissemination

  • Assist in procurement documentation for event management and design services

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Strong administrative and coordination skills

  • Good written communication skills (email drafting required)

  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Able to handle confidential information professionally

  • Prior experience in events coordination or public service support is an advantage

  • Able to commit during the event periods (Jun, Aug, Sep) will be preferred
  • Diploma /Degree

Duration/Working hours:

6 months contract (Immediate)

Hourly Pay Rate

  • Degree - $20.77/hour
  • Diploma - $13.64/hour
