Job Description

The services required are as follows:

  • Handle front counter duties and attend to telephone enquiries from parents, students, and members of the public
  • Take and submit daily reports on students' and staff attendance
  • Support the efficient and effective operations of the General Office
  • Receive goods, arrange for proper storage, and inform relevant parties upon arrival
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data collation, filing, printing, and data entry
  • Provide basic first aid support to students when required
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer or School Leaders

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

The personnel shall minimally possess the following:

  • Minimum GCE N Level qualification
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and at least one other language
  • Ability to multitask and manage a range of administrative duties
  • Relevant experience in general administration and customer service preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a school environment (preferred)

Duration/ Working hours:

1 year contract (Option to extend another year) (Apr 2026 to Apr 2027)

Mondays: 8am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch

break

Tuesdays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of

30mins lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public

holidays
