Job Description

Job Description:

  • Daily work on paid-off calculation, loan outstanding and loan write offs to ensure accuracy.
  • Daily Extract banks transactions.
  • Post monthly payments received from customers into the system
  • perform months end bank reconciling with the finance team related to customer repayment
  • prepare and support document for insurance refunds to customers.
  • Assist in filling loan documents in hard copy, ensuring proper organization in the cabinet by loan ID in ascending order
  • Support internal teams and relevant departments as needs
  • Other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirement:

  • bachelor's Degree in Business , accounting and administration.
  • 1-2 years experience in a related position
  • high attention to detail and accuracy in data calculations, proficient in Microsoft excel
  • Good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to organize task effectively and work well under pressure.
