We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Admin Officer to join our client, a professional accounting firm. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, purchasing, stock control, and internal documentation. Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal office communications effectively.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the accounting team with document preparation, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist HR and finance departments with administrative support as needed, including onboarding processes and payroll documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation and confidential handling of sensitive files and records.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and clients for procurement, maintenance, and office-related needs.
- Monitor and manage office stock levels, including pantry and office equipment.
- Oversee office hygiene, safety, and security procedures to maintain a comfortable and compliant work environment.
- Manage petty cash and support finance-related transactions related to office expenses.
