Job Description

  • Up to $3,500 to $4,500 Basic + Variable Bonus
  • Working location: Tiong Bahru
  • Reputable Construction Company

Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to the General Manager
  • Lead & provide direct training of 5 admin personnels in all operations processes
  • Responsible to plan and streamline all administrative procedures
  • Responsible for weekly reporting on all functions of the Operations department
  • Handling of customers complaints effectively and efficiently via calls or emails.

Requirement:

  • Relevant experience as an Admin Manager
  • Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
  • Experience with writing reports to management
  • Proficient in Excel and able to do Pivot Table & Vlookup
  • Good leadership & problem solver
  • Able to take stress in a fast paced working environment
