Key Responsibilities:

Assist staff with basic IT support, such as password resets, account setup, and troubleshooting hardware or software issues.
Maintain the Admin/IT asset inventory, including tracking asset allocation and managing returns during employee onboarding and offboarding.
Verify Admin/IT related invoices, inventory reports and submit them to Finance for processing.
Liaise with vendors on the procurement, maintenance, repair, and replacement of IT and office equipment.
Broadcast Admin/IT related updates and announcements to staff.
Coordinate the shipment and receipt of laptops and IT equipment to/from overseas.
Support general office administration, including equipment service & maintenance, repairs, office supplies, and small internal events.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks to support daily office operation.

Requirements:

Basic administrative skills
Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with office software
Proficiency in MS Office Application (Microsoft word, Microsoft excel & Microsoft PowerPoint)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Keen learner and able to work in fast-paced environment
Available 2 days per week onsite.
