作為 Gogolook 法務團隊的行政工讀生 (Admin Intern)，您將協助法務部門進行契約文件歸檔與資料整理作業，支援合約管理與內部文件流程。適合細心負責、能穩定處理例行性工作的人。

Responsibilities

• 協助整理契約文件並維護合約資料庫，包括文件分類、版本控管及契約狀態追蹤。
• 協助辦理收文登錄、文件編號，以及電子與實體文件歸檔作業，維持法務文件管理之完整性與可追溯性。
• 支援稽核與法遵相關行政作業，如文件盤點與整理。
• 在主管指導下協助進行基礎法令檢索及資料整理，提供內部參考使用。
• 協助法務團隊其他日常行政與專案支援事項。

Minimum Qualifications

• 細心負責，具良好文件整理能力與邏輯性。
• 能穩定完成例行性工作並維持作業品質。
• 熟悉 Word 及 Excel 等文書工具操作。
• 具良好時間管理與溝通能力。
• 可接受重複性且細節導向的工作。
• 每週可配合三天工作天，可配合六個月者佳。

Preferred Qualifications

• 具文件管理或契約整理經驗者佳。
