Looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Administrative Executive to support data incident management, system administration and operational process improvements.
Support data incident management and system administration
Analyse data and trends to identify improvement opportunities
Work with various departments to implement best practices
Support operational requirements and process improvement initiatives
Assist with project coordination and stakeholder management
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Good written English and professional email writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good project coordination and organisational skills
Civil service experience is an advantage
Able to obtain the required security clearance
Duration/Working hours:
1 year contract (Oct/Nov 2026) to Sep/Oct 2027)
