We support western companies in their business development in Asia through tailor-made services: market study, business development, commercial representation, distribution, company establishment, and 2 fully- serviced business centers in HCMC.

In the development of the business, we are looking for a self-motivated and multitasking Admin Executive/Receptionist to join our team in HCMC.

MISSIONS

Under the supervision of the Office Manager and part of Admin/Accounting team

- Admin tasks

• Handle admin process and paperwork for the company

• Monitor office supplies and handle office purchasing

• Facility management

• Handle and support customers with paperwork

• Act as a contact point between customers and the company

- Reception tasks

• Welcome visitors and clients

• Handle vendors and courier services

• Take care of incoming calls, mails, deliveries

• Manage reception area

- Other duties assigned by the manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education: University degree in admin or related fields

Experience: 2-3 years of working experience in a similar position in the international environment

LanguagesFluent in English and Vietnamese, French is a plus

• Experience with Admin tasks
