Admin & Document Controller - Noida
Qualification:
• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the construction or
infrastructure industry.
Documents management and filing, drawing and document control.
Record keeping and tracking.
Knowledge of construction documents, data entry and database management, MS Office (excel, word, outlook)
Manage, organize, and maintain all project documents, drawings, and records in accordance with company
procedures.
Control the receipt, registration, distribution, revision, retrieval, and archiving of project documents and technical
drawings.
Maintain an efficient document filing system, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy accessibility and
traceability.
Ensure that only the latest approved revisions of drawings and documents are circulated to project teams and
relevant stakeholders.
Maintain document registers, revision logs, transmittals, and document tracking records.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and other departments for timely submission and
retrieval of project documentation.
Track document status, approvals, revisions, and pending submissions to ensure compliance with project
timelines.
Maintain records of correspondence, reports, contracts, technical documents, inspection records, and statutory
approvals.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain project databases and document management systems.
Ensure confidentiality, security, and proper preservation of project documents.
Prepare periodic reports on document status, pending approvals, and document control activities.
Support internal and external audits by providing complete and accurate documentation as required.
Experience working on construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) or ERP-based document control systems.
Knowledge of ISO documentation standards and quality management procedures will be an added advantage
