Job Description


This is a remote position.


CRM management


  • Data entry: Enter and update customer and sales information accurately within the company's CRM.


  • Lead tracking: Manage and track leads as they move through the sales pipeline.


  • Customer communication: Assist with timely follow-ups to foster leads and maintain customer engagement.


  • Reporting: Help generate basic reports on sales activities and performance metrics.


Social media support


  • Content scheduling: Schedule pre-approved posts and updates on social media platforms.


  • Audience engagement: Monitor social media messages, comments, and mentions, and provide on-brand responses.


  • Reputation management: Assist with responding to online reviews and general customer feedback on social media.


  • Content creation: Create and edit simple, on-brand graphics or posts, potentially using tools like Canva.


Requirements


  • Strong organizational and time management skills: The ability to prioritize effectively and manage a workload independently and meet deadlines.


  • Excellent communication skills: Must be proficient in both written and verbal communication, as the role involves client interaction via email and social media.


  • Customer service orientation: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and the ability to engage with customers professionally.


  • Attention to detail: The ability to input data accurately and proofread social media posts to ensure a professional and consistent brand voice.


  • Self-motivated and adaptable: The virtual nature of the role requires discipline and self-motivation, as well as the ability to adapt to new tasks and procedures.


  • Technical proficiency: Must be comfortable using digital tools and have experience with:


    • CRM software: For managing customer records, tracking leads, and automating follow-ups.


    • Social media platforms: Including Facebook, Instagram, etc., for scheduling and content management.


    • Google Workspace or Microsoft Office: For basic document creation, spreadsheets, and calendar management.


    • Communication tools: Such as instant messaging apps (e.g., Slack) for internal team communication.


Ideal Candidate


  • Prior experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar remote role is preferred. Experience in a customer-facing role is also valuable
