Job Description

We’re looking for an Admin Coordinator to join our Retirement Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to support specialized administrative and operational support focused on managing high-value transactions and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. It supports the department by coordinating approvals, maintaining data integrity, monitoring reports, and enabling smooth execution of financial and operational workflows.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor approval workflows, ensuring timely completion and adherence to approval hierarchies
  • Review and validate transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established policies
  • Manage approval levels and routing, ensuring proper authorization based on defined thresholds
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all transactions and approvals
  • Handle exceptions and perform reconciliation to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular reports on transaction status, issues, and trends

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in transaction processing and report handling
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in operations, finance, banking, or shared services
  • Experience with financial disbursements, withdrawals, or payment processing is preferred
  • Familiarity with coordinating approvals and working within a controlled operating environment is an advantage
  • Amenable for fixed night shift schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time‑sensitive work
  • Knowledge of financial disbursement or payment approval processes
  • Ability to analyze information, resolve exceptions, and apply judgment Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with AWD, Infor CB, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
