Pay Rate: £26-29,000

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Location: Skelmersdale, WN8 8DY

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Hours of Work: Typically working 10:00-18:00, with flexibility to cover alternative shift patterns and occasional weekend support when required.

We're looking for an Admin Clerk to support the smooth running of our warehouse operation. Combining administration, systems management, and operational support, you'll play a key role in ensuring information is accurate, processes run efficiently, and colleagues have the information they need to keep the operation moving.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Updating warehouse and operational systems with accurate information and data entry
• Processing orders, stock movements, and customer requests
• Preparing reports, maintaining records, and supporting KPI reporting
• Liaising with warehouse, transport, and operational teams to support day-to-day activities
• Responding to emails, telephone queries, and administrative requests in a professional manner

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have administration experience, ideally within a warehouse, logistics, or operational environment
• Are confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and learning new systems
• Have experience working with WMS, OMS, Blue Yonder, or similar systems
• Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in maintaining accurate records
• Communicate effectively and work well with a range of colleagues across the operation
