Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform receptionist and front-desk duties, including handling enquiries via phone, email and walk-ins.
  • Coordinate transport, logistics and general administrative tasks such as filing and mail sorting.
  • Assist with student welfare matters and the processing of Financial Assistance Scheme applications.
  • Provide support for school events, competitions and post-examination activities.
  • Capture, edit and manage photographs and videos for school events and social media.
  • Develop promotional materials and support the school's branding and outreach activities.
  • Consolidate Risk Assessment Management (RAMS) reports and perform other duties assigned by the Administration Manager or school leaders.

Requirements:

  • GCE "A" Level or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
  • Relevant administrative experience.
  • Photography, videography and multimedia editing skills are preferred.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Option to extend another year) Jan 2027 to Dec 2027

Personnel will be deployed on either shift 1 or 2, subject to school's need:

Shift 1

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

OR

Shift 2

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
