About This Opportunity

Responsible on direct administrative support of all functions in Offices and Factories.

What You Can Expect from The Role

  • Provide administrative support of the Company Ensure that the fulfilment of production targets;
  • Ensure cleanliness of the premises and the adjacent territory, control work of cleaning company and gardeners in and outside of the Company’s territory in 50 meters proximity;
  • Ensure careful use and timely purchase of household appliances and dishes;
  • Ensure office management including ordering office and facilities supplies;
  • Ensure collection and disposal of wastepaper and other wastes from the Company;
  • Keep a warehouse of administrative goods, keep records of expenses, participate in the inventory, ensure the write-off of obsolete and out-of-value items together with responsible persons;
  • Ensure monthly allocation of funds to SIM cards provided to employees of the Company for business needs, maintain required reporting, check data with finance department;
  • Monitor the quality of food and services provided by the catering company, and keep records of employees that attend cafeteria and their compliance with meal requests provided by departments;
  • Maintain meal reports and provide them to immediate manager and the relevant departments, prepare documents for payment for the services of the catering company;
  • Post purchase requisitions (PR) in the SAP system and follow-up to the payment process, i.e. collection of necessary documents and submission to the financial department;
  • Deals with wireline telephone communication, including organization of necessary services at the Company like laying telephone lines, troubleshooting, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree is acceptable with 3 years of experience in similar roles. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant area is preferred;
  • Knowledge of English on intermediate level;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Working knowledge of SAP is preferred;
  • Communication skills;
  • Organizational skills;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Ability to lead and direct;
  • Drive for results.
  • Proficiency both in Russian and Turkmen languages.
