OF DUTIES
The clerk is responsible for the overall admin duties at the Nursing Admin.
MAIN DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Understands the nursing care in line with Vision and Mission Statements, Philosophy, Goals and Objectives that suit the scope of hospital.
2.Understands the service organization structure.
3.Attends meetings held by the services in order to discuss issues and matters pertaining to the operation of the service.
4.Reports directly to the Chief Nursing Services with regard to activities, problems or difficulties encountered.
5.Attends to enquiries and calls via telephone, directs these calls or relays messages to and from customers.
6.Responsible to ensure the filing system are in order.
7.Responsible to check and coordinate with PR & Marketing on the internal events.
8.Responsible to distribute the internal memo to Consultant, Deputy Chief Nursing Officer and Unit Manager.
9.Responsible to assist the Chief Nursing Officer to prepare the Management Committee Report, Board of Director Report, KPJ Nursing Report and Hospital Monthly Report.
10.To ensure smooth management of internal and external correspondence. 11.Responsible to ensure office equipment in proper order
12.To ensure meetings are organized effectively.
13.Provide personalized clerical duties for smooth management of the office 14.Maintains the cleanliness of the office
15.Dispatching: Memo, forms and etc. to relevant services
16.Implement any other duties as delegated by the Chief Nursing Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Posses academic qualification of SPM qualification.
Able to converse fluently and write inEnglish language and Bahasa Malaysia.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
On the job training/in-service training will be provided.
Experience working in hospital setting is an advantage.
Have interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to work on scheduled hours and anytime when called during emergency
