ales Administrator Responsibilities:Welcome and greet incoming customers.
Assist with policy claims.
Responsible for the input of inventory in database and locator pro.
Responsible for the assignment of PO’s to various vendors when the necessity arises for work to be accomplished.
Process and input invoices into YOOZ.
Assist with Warranty Registrations and Extended Warranty purchases.
Stock in trucks/trades/OMP’s.
Process transfer agreements, wire requests and check requests.
Issue PO’s and process vendor invoices.
Upload documents and pictures to SOD for trucks.
Ensure web descriptions are accurate and push trucks to Truck Paper.
Submit weekly ad pages for Truck Paper and Facebook.
Process customer deposits / refunds.
Process recaps on truck deals.
Book truck deals and submit to accounting.
Handle Cash and Outside lender deals from beginning to end.
Creating Credit files (includes pulling credit).
Scanning completed files into SOD.
Logging finalized deals in PTGIS.
Book deals and submit to accounting.
Process Title work.
Submitting Daimler/Funding packets.
Any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
Sales Administrator Requirements:
EducationA high school diploma or GED is required. Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered.
ExperienceA minimum of one year experience is required.
Licenses or CertificatesA valid driver’s license is required.
