Shift + Hours: 12pm-5pm, M-F

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Receptionist you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving specialty chemical solutions forward. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life.

You'll be responsible for welcoming visitors; answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls; manage the reception area to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment and light admin tasks as requested.

In this role, you will:

• Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth visitor experiences
• Monitor office supplies and assist with inventory management
• Support team members with ad hoc administrative needs

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality at all times
