Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Attend to front counter enquiries and provide administrative support to students, parents, and visitors.

  • Support student-related administration, including incident reporting and parent volunteer records.

  • Maintain office areas, storerooms, and pantry supplies.

  • Manage stationery and office inventory.

  • Assist with finance and HR administrative tasks, including updating records, preparing relief staff timesheets, and filing documents.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification.

  • Previous administrative or customer service experience is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to support a fast-paced school environment.

Duration/Working hours:

2 months contract (Aug 2026 to Oct 2026)

8 hours daily, 1 hour lunch, excluding weekend PH,

home based learning days and school holidays (i.e., 8-10 Aug, 12-13 Aug, 15-16 Aug, 22-23 Aug, 29-30 Aug, 4-13 Sep, 15 Sep, 19-20 Sep, 26-27 Sep)

800 am to 1230 pm, 130 pm to 500 pm
