Job Description

1. Receiving Physical and Non-Physical Passport Submission from OUs

• Receive physical passports submitted by OUs promptly.
• Verify non‑physical passport renewal submissions through FWMS system.
• Ensure passport validity is sufficient and valid FOMEMA result for processing.
• Communicate with OUs regarding any insufficient or incorrect documents submitted.

2. PLKS Renewal of Existing Foreign Workers

• Monitor passports which require kemaskini or any issue arises prior to renewal submission.
• Review FOMEMA result and proceed with PLKS renewal submission.
• Prepare the daily permit renewal submission list.
• Submit renewal applications through FWCMS portal.
• Validate the eligibility of each passport for PLKS renewal in FWCMS portal.
• Request IG from insurance provider (e.g. MyEG, Tokio Marine) for renewal submission.
• Ensure renewals are submitted promptly to avoid penalties arising from late submissions.

3. Receiving of New PLKS ePass (Work Permit)

• Download ePass from FWCMS portal and verify the permit details.
• Identify any wrong information updated in the new ePass for JIM rectification.
• Update FWMS system of the new permit information.
• Print and attach ePass received for the physical passports received.

4. Email ePass & Return Passport to OUs

• Email ePass received for non-physical passport to OUs through FWMS system.
• Prepare documentation for physical passport return to OUs.
• Hand over physical passport to Carelines/OUs.

5. Passport Storage

• Ensure all passports are securely stored in passport room.
• File and organize passport according to the passport filing system

Job Requirements

1. Diploma in any discipline will added advantage.

2. Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)

3. Managing of foreign worker work permit.

4. Working in IT technology (computer base system).
