What You’ll Be Doing

As a Drivecare Admin Assistant, you’ll handle workshop administration, repair order documentation, costing and invoicing support, operational reporting, records management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Support daily workshop administration, documentation, filing, and reporting
  • Create, update, and close repair orders accurately in the workshop system
  • Verify labour charges, parts usage, job details, supplier invoices, and payment records
  • Monitor outstanding repair orders, WIP status, timelines, and vehicle delivery commitments
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on repair progress and approvals
  • Maintain service, warranty, audit, invoice, payroll, overtime, and reimbursement records
  • Support operational, compliance, financial, and ad hoc administrative tasks

Who We’re Looking For

  • This is a 12-months contract (Completion Bonus)
  • NITEC or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' administrative experience
  • Automotive operations experience will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, customer service, analytical, and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team
