Job Description

Administrative duties will generally include :-

  • Print & distribute worksheets & teaching materials timely
  • Assist teachers in preparation of teaching materials
  • Basic maintenance of cleanliness and tidiness in printing room
  • Perform receptionist duties:

e.g. Answer incoming calls, resolve callers enquries wherever possible, redirect appropriate queries to in-charge, attend to walk-in students, parents, vendors and public visitors in the General Office, etc

  • Attend to sick &/or injured pupils, incident reporting
  • Assist to prepare & distribute administration documents timely
  • Basic maintenance of cleanliness and tidiness in the General Office and reception area
  • Other adhoc work and duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.

Requirement:

  • Preferably completed GCE O-level
  • Speak, read and write simple English
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in general administration
  • Excellent team-player who is organized, meticulous and ability to multi task.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in working in printing room environment
  • Working experience in school will be an added advantage

Duration/ Working hours:

1 year contract (Option to extend 1 year) 2 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Fridays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
