To join our exceptional administration & events team, you will need incredible communication skills, and be remarkably organized. You will need the ability to juggle priorities with a smile while being passionate about good customer service.
As part of this role, you will be required to manage all aspects of the front desk; including providing accurate information to guests, updating our snow reports and assisting with the mountain events! YES, you are the hub of the mountain and this really is a varied role!

About the role
• Welcome guests and staff and answer a wide range of questions and queries
• Use ski area communication tools to share information about current ski area conditions
• Processing lift tickets for VIP's and media personnel
• Reuniting lost children with their parents
• Provide administration support to management and other departments
• Maintaining ski area records, including invoicing, health and safety and training records
• Coordinating the issue and return of all staff uniforms
• Mountain emergencies support
• Producing innovative and informative staff newsletters
• Assisting with on all mountain event planning and delivery
• Assisting with staff events and wellbeing initiatives
• oversee our staff reward and recognition programme
About You
• Passionate about joining the snowsports industry and learning about ski field operations
• Ability to prioritize and multitask daily
• A strong administrative background including excellent keyboard skills, a professional phone manner and exceptional organisational ability
• Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
• Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
• Proven experience in working autonomously along with sound decision-making skills
• The ability to engage and build rapport with guests, staff and event stakeholders quickly
• Strong teamwork skills and experience in frontline customer service
• Willing to assist in other departments and take on additional duties as required
