Job Description

Seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Executive to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support in a dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office administration, including document management, filing, mail handling, key management, and coordination of office and pantry supplies.
  • Support contract administration by coordinating orders, liaising with suppliers, and assisting with procurement-related activities.
  • Assist in verifying administrative fees and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate staff onboarding and offboarding activities, including workstation setup and asset management.
  • Support internal communications by assisting in the design of Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) materials.
  • Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience in office administration or administrative support.
  • Good organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Meticulous, resourceful, and customer service-oriented.

Duration/Working hours:

3 months (Immediate)

Mon to Fri: 8am -5pm, excluding weekends and PH
