Job Description

Company Background:

We are representing our client which is a tuition center specialized in Mathematics and Science that is based in Singapore. Their team comprises tutors who teach using the standards set by the Singapore education board. As their expansion, they are hiring an Admin Assistant for their business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Enrollment:
    Handling student registrations, collecting necessary documents, and updating record.
  • Attendance:
    Tracking student attendance, notifying parents of absences, and ensuring timely payment of fees.
  • Scheduling:
    Coordinating student schedules with tutors based on their preferences and availability.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the tuition centre, including classrooms, common areas, and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Managing the stock of stationery, textbooks, and other supplies.
  • B illing: Preparing and sending invoices to parents for tuition fees and other charges.
  • Payments:
    Handling and recording payments, ensuring accurate accounting of funds.
  • Parent Communication: Responding to parent inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Striving to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive reputation for the tuition centre.
  • Record Keeping:
    Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student information, tutor details, and financial transactions.
  • Documentation:
    Preparing and filing necessary paperwork and documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Administrative
  • Experience in invoicing, documentations, liaising with customer will be added advantage
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin due to business nature


  • Working hour: 12.00pm - 9.00pm (Mon-Fri)
  • Degree- EP
  • Diploma - WP
  • Age Requirement: 25 years old and below
