
The Executive Assistant role at J.P. As an Executive Administrative Assistant in Corporate Investment Banking, you leverage your extensive experience as an Executive Assistant to confidently make independent decisions in handling administrative tasks. You are highly adaptable and embrace change, understanding team priorities and applying that knowledge to your daily activities.
In this role, you act as an owner and a problem solver, demonstrating superior communication skills, both written and oral. You are clear, concise, and direct, with excellent phone etiquette and a strong sense of ownership, ensuring follow-up when necessary.
You exercise tact and discretion in handling confidential matters, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Create, format, edit, and update PowerPoint presentations (e.g., pitchbooks, meeting decks, proposals, templates) based on banker/executive content and direction, focusing on clarity, consistency, and accuracy in line with JPMorganChase standards.
Apply firm-standard formatting in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) including layouts, styles, tables/charts placement, and basic document structuring (without graphic design ownership).
Translate written/email briefs into a clean, executive-ready deck structure (agenda, section dividers, headers/footers, speaker notes), ensuring logical flow and readability.
Ensure brand integrity and professionalism by using approved templates, maintaining formatting consistency, and producing high-quality, client-ready output (non-design).
Manage competing presentation deadlines by prioritizing requests, tracking progress, and delivering on time with minimal supervision when needed.
Incorporate stakeholder feedback quickly and accurately to continuously improve quality and meet expectations.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion while working on internal/external presentation materials.
