Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Admin Assistant for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own the day-to-day admin that keeps the team running.

Role overview

You will be the organised backbone of a UK team, handling inboxes, diaries, documents and day-to-day admin so everyone else can focus on their work. This is a full-time, 100% remote role for South African talent, working UK hours: 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities

• Manage shared inboxes and reply to routine queries
• Keep diaries, bookings and meeting schedules accurate
• Prepare, format and file documents and reports
• Update spreadsheets and internal systems with accurate data
• Support the team with ad hoc admin tasks and follow-ups

What you'll need

• Experience in an admin or office support role
• Confident with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Clear written English and strong attention to detail
• Reliable fast internet and a quiet workspace
• Able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST)

Nice to have

• Experience with Asana, Trello or similar tools
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Previous work with UK businesses
