About the role

As our business continues to grow, we're seeking a highly organised Administration Assistant to help keep our operations running efficiently and support the successful delivery of client work. Working closely with a collaborative team, you'll play an important role in coordinating job workflows, managing documentation, monitoring milestones and WIP, and providing exceptional administrative support across the business.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely, and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage job workflows to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Monitor and maintain Work in Progress (WIP) reports, ensuring jobs progress efficiently.
  • Prepare, issue, and follow up on client quotes and related documentation.
  • Request and obtain required documentation from clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the broader team, assisting with scheduling, reporting, and operational tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems in a timely manner.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service when interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in an administration, coordination, or support role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confident communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
