角色描述：
行政助理为公司团队，特别是为直线经理，提供全面的行政支持（包括基本的人事、行政、财务及安全管理等方面的支持）。
角色责任：
例行的行政支持，包括但不限于：
• 负责日常行政支持与事务协助，包括信息传达、跨部门沟通对接等；
• 文件管理、影印、归档，装订等；
• 合同管理，实时维护项目合同归档及信息记录；
• 协助维护各类管理系统平台的流程执行（如云之家工时填报、金蝶报销处理等）；
• 协助整理与维护业务团队人员信息及相关数据，完成部分数据统计与支持工作；
• 人员行程预定，包括但不限于机票、酒店、火车票、租车等；
• 接待事宜；
• 领导交办的其他事宜。
资格和经验：
大专或以上学历
• 遵守纪律，自我要求严格
• 1到2年工作经验或优秀应届生
• 基本英语可进行书面或口头交流
• 良好的组织能力，关注细节
• 能胜任多项工作任务安排，并分清轻重缓急
• 处事灵活，愿意学习
• 具备较强的团队合作能力
