Admin AssistantThe Admin Assistant for Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group in Taguig provides comprehensive administrative support across brokerage, tenant representation, and leasing operations. This role ensures smooth coordination of business processes, documentation, and client service activities to enhance team efficiency. By managing schedules, communications, and operational tasks, the assistant plays a key role in supporting the group’s overall performance and client delivery.
Provide administrative support for brokerage, tenant representation, and leasing activities of the Tenant Advisory Group.
Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication across internal teams and external clients.
Prepare, organize, and maintain business documentation, reports, and presentations.
Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and client requirements to ensure smooth operations.
Handle expense monitoring, event coordination, and procurement tasks as needed to support business functions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business productivity tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
Prior experience in leasing or brokerage operations support, or as an Admin/Executive Assistant, is welcome to apply.
